Return Policy

Cheeky Butts will gladly refund your money for a returned product if it is returned within 30 days of purchase and you can provide us with original proof of purchase, no exceptions.

All products that are returned must be in their original, undamaged package and in a re-saleable as new condition.

Each returned item will be inspected upon arrival at our facilities. If we deem the item to be unsellable we will return the item to you at your expense.

Any item that has been washed, used in any way, or sold on clearance are not returnable. All packages must be returned complete, including any free items. Exchanges may be made as long as no refund is necessary. 

Unless Cheeky Butts has made a mistake with your order, you are responsible for any shipping charges related to returns or exchanges and Cheeky Butts will not refund your original shipping costs.
We are currently unable to except gift returns.

Defective Merchandise

We guarantee 60 days on elastic and materials, and 60 days on sewing, workmanship and snaps. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the nappies / diapers only. Proof of purchase is required.

If you are returning a defective product, your item must be clean, stain-free, smell-free, and dry before you ship it. We will not handle any items that are stained, smelly or damp on arrival, no exceptions. If the items are stained or smell then they will be returned to you at your expense. Please ensure that your items are in acceptable condition, please inspect them carefully before shipping them to us. 

Please note that Cheeky Butts is not responsible for damage to the item due to the normal "wear and tear" of the product materials or normal fading. We are also not responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, or misuse. Nappies, like any other clothing item, may not withstand washing every single day for extended periods of time. Please keep this in mind as you decide how many nappies you need to purchase. You are solely responsible for understanding how to care for the items you purchase. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. We are always here to help!

Privacy

We at Cheeky Butts value your privacy and personal information. Cheeky Butts will not release or sell any of your personal information to any individual or outside company for any reason unless required to do so by a court of law. Personal information includes your email address, street address, phone number, order history, or any other information you have provided to us.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bank Deposit and PayPal.

Promotional Offers Policy

All codes for coupons, discounts, promotional offers, or free shipping of Cheeky Buttss products must be entered into the shopping cart at time of purchase during the checkout process, no exceptions. All free shipping offers are only available to Australian shipping addresses.

If we have made a mistake with an order, we will gladly take care of correcting the problem, if we are made aware of the problem before your item ships.

If you choose to pay via credit card, your credit card number is safe because we do not store the number online or in any online database. We use Paypal for all transactions of this nature.
