Returns & Cancellations

Returns
For regular returns we are happy to refund the full purchase price of items within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase and a copy of your receipt is required to process any returns.

However we do not refund any shipping costs.

Any free items included in your purchase must also be returned with your order.

Refunds and returns will only be processed if purchased directly from us.

Due to the nature of the product, we will not and can not  refund used/washed items. Refunds are also not valid on 'seconds' items or 'clearance items'.

How to return items:

Carefully inspect the items you are returning to check for any marks, rips/tears or bad   smells  (including food and cigarette smoke). Should any of the items display any of these signs, unfortunately your refund request will be refused.

After inspecting the items, safely package them in a waterproof satchel , along with your  purchase receipt, and a note CLEARLY detailing:

  • Your name, address, email address and phone number
  • The items you are returning
  • Your bank account details for refund deposit
  • The reason you are returning the items
Please remember, all costs associated with postage to send the items back to us is your responsibility. We recomend sending your items by trackable mail (registered, express),as will not be responsible for refunding  items should your parcel go missing in shipping. Our address is:

How to swap:

We are happy to accept requests for swaps in the event that the wrong size or colour was purchased. Please note that any items being returned for a swap MUST be in NEW AND UNWASHED/UNUSED condition, otherwise the swap request will be refused. Any items sent back for a swap must be received by us within 1 months of the date of purchase, and the original purchase receipt must be provided. Postage costs associated with returning items to us is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that we will only arrange swaps on purchases made directly from us and does not provide swaps on purchases made via Product Demonstrators or other retail outlets. Please contact the point of purchase regarding swaps in this instance.

You might like to consider sending your items by trackable mail (registered, express), as we will not be responsible for refunding the value of such items should your parcel go missing in shipping. Should there be any additional product costs associated with your swap, we will contact you via phone or email to arrange payment.

Cancelling an order:

If your order has not yet been processed and dispatched, you are welcome to cancel it. This can be done by accessing your account here on the  website. Alternatively, you can email us your cancellation request. Please be sure to let us know your order reference number when you're emailing.

In the event that you wish to cancel your order and it has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the RETURNS process outlined above.
